Supply Chain and Account Manager (Private Label)

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our fast-paced Commercial Department.
The successful candidate will oversee the lifecycle of all private label, product and packaging contracts. The role also includes placing purchase orders to support business needs.
Building and maintaining supplier relationships is an important part of the role, helping to ensure smooth communication and address any issues that may arise. There will also be opportunities to contribute to new product development initiatives, adding variety to the role.
Key Responsibilities
· Contract Management: Oversee the lifecycle of all private label contracts and packaging agreements.
· Account Management: Maintain communication with suppliers to address any issues or queries, ensuring smooth operations and effective resolution of concerns.
· Forecasting: Provided suppliers with accurate forecasts so they can efficiently plan production, ensuring that we remain in stock, but not over stocked. Then place orders to match the agreed purchase plan.
· Administrative Support: Assist with the setting up new product lines, managing stock, answering office calls, and providing general support to the team.

· Have some commercial experience in a fast moving consumer goods environment
· Be a driven person, who is looking to grow and develop.
· Be someone who can work well independently.
· Be a confident communicator.
· Have excellent time management and organisational skills.
· Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
