Apprentice Customer Service Advisor
Hours: Office based, full time (40 hours), 08:30 to 17:30 - Monday to Friday*
*You will also work one Saturday approximately every three weeks (for which you will receive a day in lieu)
Salary: Starting salary of £25,397 Per annum

We are looking to recruit a Level 3 Apprentice Customer Service Advisor for our office, based in Monkspath, Solihull, B90 4NU. This is a permanent, full time, office based position.

The Customer Service department is an essential part of our business and as an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor you will be required to support your team in all aspects of their daily operations including; answering telephone queries and complaints from customers and shops, responding to emails, postal duties, accurate record keeping and reporting.
