MHE Training Team Leader

- Hours: 37.5 hours across 5 days per week.

We are looking to recruit MHE Training Team Leaders who will be responsible for training and inducting new starters at our Distribution Centre in Daventry, Northamptonshire (postcode: NN11 8QL).

We offer a permanent full time position working a variety of AM and PM shift patterns any 5 days from 7 each week, including at least one weekend day. 

Pay, working hours & benefits:

We offer an hourly pay rate of £16.83 per hour.

You will be guaranteed a minimum of 37.5 hours work per week for full time positions and if you’re looking to earn a bit more then overtime may be available.

As one of our MHE Training Team Leaders you will:

- Induct new employees into the business using elearning/iPads.

- Provide practical training across all MHE, LLOP, PPT.

- Ensure all employees are up to date with training.

- Plan and communicate with warehouse management training sessions.

- Keep data up to date and correct.

- Issue uniform. 

- Induct agency staff.

You will need:

- To be aged 18 or over to be eligible for this role (due to Health and Safety reasons).

- A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work.

- Previous training experience.

- RTITB ITSSAR or AITT certification preferred, but training can be provided should experience be suitable.
